File storage:
Store important documents, images, and spreadsheets in an Internet-accessible cloud storage provider like Google Drive , IDrive, or Dropbox.

Email:
Centralize your email system with a cloud provider like Gmail that works alongside the entire G Suite.

Calendar:
Cloud calendars, like the one provided by G Suite, make it easier to collaborate and communicate on schedule.

Donor base:
This will likely be one of the largest migrations to the stockholder database cloud that will provide the most benefit to your organization. Having your donor database in the cloud gives you the ability to access that data anywhere with an internet connection, easy scalability as your database grows, and easy integration with other cloud services like email marketing or development software.

Accounting:
Bloomerang says that accounting isn't moving to the cloud as quickly as other functions—collaboration is one of the strong pros of cloud computing, but many accounting teams are very small or even one-person teams. However, as your nonprofit grows, the number of people needed to handle accounting will also grow, making cloud computing a smart option for accounting at this stage.
