Considering manual processes
This is an important section because workflows are about managing manual processes more efficiently. Where is the low-hanging fruit? What are the manual processes that are taking up the most time for your employees? What are the manual processes that are preventing your employees from focusing on their high-level tasks? These are the processes you should start with when implementing workflow management software.

Now, instead of entering data, you can use task triggers. Unlike manual transfers, you can use workload balancing and/or automatic work distribution. You will start to notice the ROI immediately when you automate some of your most time-consuming manual tasks.
