As a result, many functions are duplicated, labor resources are spent irrationally, with low efficiency, and all because employees do not have data on the state of affairs in the company, are unfamiliar with its development strategy, and do not see the goals that they should strive to achieve.

As a result of such secrecy, workers' motivation drops, as they often find that months of work have been wasted and their efforts have come to nothing.

The conclusion is that the more team members know about the company’s work, current tasks and global goals, the more conscious their approach to work.

The toxicity of corporate culture must be combated, and most often it is necessary to start with the management level, from which come the wrong attitudes that slow down the development of the company.

Leaders heading a business should understand that authoritarian management methods, belittling the role of ordinary employees, and limiting their freedom will not allow creating an atmosphere of creativity and equality in the organization and maintaining team spirit. Without these components, it is difficult to count on effective work and achieving the planned success today.
