In recent years, employees have demonstrated a more mature understanding of their demands and priorities in relation to work. Notably, these preferences are increasingly associated with attitudes, values ​​and beliefs, in addition to salaries and benefits such as meal vouchers . A survey conducted by the Robert Half consultancy revealed that 89% of companies recognize that good results are directly related to employee motivation and happiness. The study is part of the 23rd edition of the Robert Half Confidence Index, in which 1,161 professionals were interviewed, including recruiters, qualified employees and qualified unemployed professionals with higher education and aged 25 or over.

According to the professionals interviewed, the role of leaders is essential for consolidating happiness in the workplace. Around 94% believe that employee satisfaction is influenced by the performance of leadership. Among this group, 50% consider this factor essential for achieving happiness at work.

On the other hand, unhappy professionals report negative consequences in their daily lives, such as lack of motivation (100%), psychological implications (87%), strong openness to new work opportunities (81%), low proactivity (72%) and a lack of empathy towards teammates (58%).

Based on his perception of the importance of organizational climate , Cebrac's CEO highlights some valuable tips for leaders to create a healthier and more motivating work environment for their employees. To begin with, it is essential to involve employees in the company's business, transmitting clear and objective information about the goals and objectives to be achieved.
