In practice, we see that many communication professionals think hard about the message. That is fine in itself, but they are often inclined to add facts and figures. Setting up a frame properly can be a time-consuming job, you are going to test assumptions. You can do this by using panels, for example, but with a bit of luck you already know people from the target group and can therefore also set it out informally.

It is a small, mainly mental intervention, but free yourself from the term 'to do'. Because things that you have to do are by definition not fun. If you are going to experiment with gamifying your workday, make a list of (game) goals from your to-do list. Challenge yourself to achieve those goals today. Just like in a game, the goals should not be too easy, otherwise you will quickly lose your attention and achieving your goals will not be satisfying.
