Commercial media services are, for example, the commercial broadcasters that we know now, such as RTL or Net5. They need permission for all their channels. For a commercial media service on demand, this is fortunately not necessary, but they do have to pay for supervision. At the moment, this is €219.99. In addition to a monetary compensation, it can also be another contribution. It is important that without that contribution the video probably would not have been made.
