I grew up in Weymouth with six brothers and sisters. Due to the large number of us and my father's disability, I left school at fifteen to help support the family. I started working at thirteen, cleaning the ferries.

Looking back now, I feel young, but I have always been ambitious and hungry uae whatsapp number for a better life. I dreamed of owning a bridal shop, becoming a florist, a chiropractor, and even a lawyer—all of which I pursued until realizing they weren’t for me. Along the way, I learned that being brave, following your heart, and trying new things aren’t the direct paths to success. But even if things don’t go as planned, that’s okay. In fact, it was these three lessons that led me to my latest venture , I Love It , which aims to empower people to do more of what they love.

At 23, I discovered marketing and joined Omnicom as a team assistant. I had little experience, but my work ethic, desire to help others and a dash of common sense allowed me to thrive. At 29, I worked my way up to Marketing Director and then Managing Director of content and social business DRUM. At 33, I took on the role of CEO and grew the team from 12 to 75, with clients including PlayStation, HP and John Lewis. I was also appointed to the board of Omnicom Media Group, which had annual revenues of £1.2B.

In 2016, I took on my dream role at notonthehighstreet.com. They were a client of mine when I was at DRUM and I was passionate about their mission to support independent businesses. I initially served as Chief Commercial and Partnership Officer, then Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer (CCMO), and finally as Interim CEO. During this time, I helped transform the company from a loss-making business to one with record growth and profits, and a successful sale.
