Omnicom Group is reportedly in advanced talks to acquire Interpublic Group, the Wall Street Journal reported yesterday.
The deal is expected to be all-stock and value moj phone number data Interpublic at between $13 billion and $14 billion, excluding debt, according to the WSJ, which also said the transaction could be announced this week.
On Friday, IPG had a market value of nearly $10.9 billion.
Omnicom was the fourth-largest agency firm in Ad Age’s 2024 Agency Report, with IPG ranked sixth.
Representatives for Omnicom and Interpublic did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
