There are two ways to search on LinkedIn:

From the results, click on individual profiles to gather information manually.
2. LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Recommended)
For serious database enrichment, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a worthwhile investment. It offers advanced search filters, including:
Company size
Years of experience
Job function
Title
Seniority level
Keywords within the profile
You can create saved searches, set alerts, and even integrate with your CRM for streamlined data handling.
Step 3: Capture and Organize Data
As you identify suitable profiles, extract and organize the following information:
Full Name
Job Title
Company Name
Industry
LinkedIn URL
Location
Skills (optional)
Use a spreadsheet or CRM platform to store the data. This step is critical, as it allows you to match, compare, and enrich your existing email database.
Step 4: Find Valid Email Addresses
LinkedIn doesn’t display email addresses by default, so you’ll need to find them using other tools. Here are a few methods:
