SMS Marketing for SMEs. Example of using SMS offers in stores

SMS marketing is n't exclusive to large companies. We present this real-life example from SMS client Anda Cómodo , which describes how SMS marketing for SMEs has helped them improve sales.

Can you describe your business to us?
The company has franchises for healthy footwear, which provides a series of scientifically proven benefits.
Why did you think about doing an SMS marketing campaign?
The idea of running an SMS campaign came to me because over the last year, I've been receiving SMS messages from two or three businesses on my phone. I found what they were offering interesting, and besides being a novel and practical action, it didn't bother me at all. This is very different from what happens when an operator calls you trying to sell you something at an inappropriate time, or when you receive an email with a huge amount of information that you ignore. SMS is a medium that isn't as intimidating or intrusive as others; it's quick to read, concise, and you can delete it if you're not interested. But at least you know who sent it and what they're offering at a glance. I also believe that if they have my phone number, it's because someone has instilled trust in me and I've provided it to them, while other times they're databases that I'm not aware I've allowed to be used.
In the last campaigns you carried out, how many SMS messages were sent and what text did they include?
We have sent on a couple of occasions approximately 3000 messages each time with an interval of 5 months and the texts have been:
Present this text message in our store and you can purchase models with more than 30% off and see a preview of the new collection. We look forward to seeing you!

What's the response? How many people came? What increase in sales has there been?
The response has been quite positive. Three percent of those costa rica phone number data who received the text message returned to the store, resulting in a sales increase of approximately 1.5%.
How do you rate this marketing campaign? And how do you compare it to other alternatives?
I think the cost is reasonable because, among the options available on the market, it's one of the most effective I've found in terms of speed and response, as well as being able to quantify the campaign's effectiveness.
Would you repeat?
Of course. I think it's important not to overload my database, and I'll continue to do this type of activity, spacing out my emails and always with a good reason.
