An initiative in Buenos Aires (Argentina) promotes local architecture and culture.
The Ministry of Culture of Buenos Aires (Argentina), together instagram database with the Tourism Authority, has developed online tours to different emblematic buildings in the city.

The proposal, called BA Cultural Tourism Cycle , held its first edition last August , free of charge and with the tour recorded for later viewing.

“On its first opening date - Saturday, August 8 - the cycle began with an immersive tour of the emblematic Teatro Colón led by museology graduate Guadalupe Ramirez Oliberos. Starting at its entrance, located on Libertad Street, the visit went through the different rooms of the theater showing its details until reaching the main hall, considered one of the best in the world due to its acoustics for operas and lyrical performances,” highlights the Plataforma Arquitectura website.

These types of initiatives arise in response to the mobility and capacity restrictions that prevail in many countries due to the coronavirus pandemic that affects the world,

These virtual visits are part of the Culture at Home project , which provides a wide and varied cultural programme.

Other Latin American countries, such as Brazil and Colombia , also offer online visits to their most renowned museums.

All those professionals who wish to broaden their experience to develop different projects that promote culture, will be able to achieve their objective with the university programs sponsored by FUNIBER . One of the courses offered is the Master's Degree in Cultural Project Management .
