1. Strategy before action chinese overseas asia database
Respecting the 5Ws is the golden rule of journalistic literature. Answer the same questions when producing your professional content: who, what, when, how and why? That is:
– To whom am I writing this text?
– Why am I writing this?
– What do I want to get from the people who read it?
– And what do I have to do for this to happen?
– Where should I publish this text so that it can be read?
2. Um, you were saying?
Don't waste time talking. Solve problems for your customers, offer resources and solutions for your prospects without swindling the product you have to sell. Try to look at the world through the eyes of your consumer and ask yourself:
– How does your product or service help me?
– Does it make my life easier? Does it save me from a problem?
The content you are preparing must provide utility and create an honest empathetic connection with your customers, exploiting their pain points. They are the subject, but you write the story.
3. Would you thank yourself?
Very often the value of a content is taken for granted, leading to the spread of incomplete or inadequate texts.
Asking yourself whether you, as your customers, would thank yourself is a good trick to check the quality of the article before its propagation.
4. The goal has no end: is everyone ready?
You will need a good team and a schedule that can support the pace of publishing content. This activity is not a one shot action , but an ongoing commitment.
5. What language do you speak?
Brand Voice is the heart of your communications. More than specific words or phrases, it refers to the tone with which concepts are communicated in order to connect with your audience. It can be institutional, informative, funny or ironic, what matters is that it is authentic. Your audience will get to know it and will soon be able to understand its genuineness.
One of the main ingredients for a successful marketing strategy is the dissemination of interesting, useful and viral content. They can be distributed in various forms: newsletters, blogs, ebooks, case studies etc. and allow companies to be noticed among organic results and social networks.
