So, before sending your B2B emails, always check the crypto currency database message and the recipient list!

How you handle a simple newsletter unsubscribe request can leave a very long-lasting mark on your marketing journey. Whatever your subscriber's motivation for unsubscribing from your newsletter, your handling of their request can impact the perception that that user will have of your brand from that moment on. Paradoxically, however, it can even translate into an opportunity to engage the customer to get closer to the brand , perhaps through a new purchase. In this sense, unsubscribe can be rethought as an additional marketing channel .

For this reason, in the second chapter dedicated to unsubscribe, we dedicate ourselves to the guidelines for managing this delicate process.

First rule: If we really have to break up, let's stay friends!
If nothing else, make sure that the unsubscribe process does not damage your reputation. To do this, provide an available, clear, easy and functional unsubscribe process:

Use a tool that allows you to provide an unsubscribe option to every user who receives your newsletter.
Clearly include the unsubscribe link in the footer of each email: don't look for vaguer substitute verb forms, get straight to the point.
Remember who you're talking to: The unsubscribe URL is linked to the user's email address, so don't ask them to type in their email address - they may not remember which address they subscribed to.
Meet the expectation: provide a navigation path that allows the user to reach the indicated goal. For this reason, propose the modification of their preferences to the user, but clearly highlight how to unsubscribe permanently.
