What is cognitive ease?

When you experience what cognitive ease is, you are most likely in a good mood, you like what you see, you believe what you hear, you trust your intuition.

There is a very easy association with a feeling of complete comfort and satisfaction. You may also sometimes have a tendency to think more superficially about cause and effect in such a situation, but whatever. If that is the only price, then why not?

I would like to wish each of us that the reality surrounding us was as close as possible to cognitive ease. Functioning in such "beautiful" circumstances would be much easier and therefore certainly less tiring.

Needless to say, our actions should put our customers in this state ?

Cognitive difficulty – or stop pestering me and get to the point
Cognitive effort or, as you prefer, cognitive difficulty (I am deliberately turkey telegram data throwing synonyms at you, maybe they will be useful during some discussion) occurs when there is a problem that will require greater mobilization of our intellectual resources (at this point, the gray cells start to boil).

Cognitive effort is influenced by both the current state of mental effort and the presence of unfinished tasks. In a state of cognitive effort, we feel as if our brains are working like oxen. In other words – down with the effort.
