The latest report from The CMO Survey , conducted with 320 of the top marketing directors of North American companies, 96.6% of whom are in leadership roles, revealed how these specialists are seeking increasingly expressive results and optimizing their companies' digital marketing strategies.

The main investments to improve digital marketing performance
Last year, about 77.5% of senior-level respondents said they invested in analytics to improve digital marketing performance.

When comparing the responses from respondents, investment in data analytics is particularly high among larger companies (92%). These companies expect to reap the many benefits that analytics can offer, including improved customer experience and improved results from their marketing campaigns.

An interesting point is that although only 35% of professionals cayman islands whatsapp data have invested in managing privacy issues, with the aim of improving the performance of their digital marketing activities, comparatively, investment has increased by almost a quarter compared to last year's survey.

Additionally, 85% of marketers believe that respecting customer privacy would be a competitive advantage.

Main points of trust among directors
65% of marketers believe they have a good understanding of the technology roadmap and the resources they can use to do great marketing. While 59% say they are able to connect their digital marketing data with other information they have about their customers.

However, less than 1 in 3 (32%) have been able to combine digital and offline data to create a unified database and measure the impact of digital marketing investments.
