How Megaplan helps sell time

My name is Nikita Babikov, I am a project manager at Smartfield .

We perform various tasks for our clients using remote assistants. These can be personal matters: making an appointment with a doctor, finding airline tickets, booking a table in a cafe, or business matters: processing applications, calling clients, conducting primary accounting, and much more. This saves time for individuals and entire companies. Thanks to us, clients can devote more time to business development or, for example, to their families.

We have been doing all our work in Megaplan for 11 years. Why exactly in Megaplan? I was uganda whatsapp list concerned about this question myself. That is why when I was asked to write an article about our experience for the Megaplan company blog, I was doubly interested in understanding everything.

Why Megaplan
In our company, assistants are paid for the time they work. The client pays for a certain number of hours, and then they complete their tasks within these timeframes. But how do you record all of this?

At first we tried to work in Word, Excel, and used email. When we started working, there were no modern messengers or Google documents. We called from the Gravitel IP telephony. But it was not very convenient for everyone to do business separately, so we decided to transfer all the work to the CRM system.

According to the management, convenient recording of worked time was the main reason for choosing Megaplan. In those distant times (and even now), few CRMs could offer this key functionality for Smartfield.

We started with the cloud version of Megaplan, with the "Collaboration" module. At first, we even had limits on the number of employees working in the system at the same time. After a while, we switched to the boxed version so as not to depend on other people's servers and Internet connections. And we are very happy with it.

How Megaplan helps us
Having read the articles in the Megaplan blog, I found out that most companies use it only for internal work - sales funnels, deals, meetings. We have a different specificity: in Megaplan we work together with clients. They can set tasks there, write comments, track the time spent on work.
