It's still worth meeting

Post by sumaiyakhatun22 »

I'll be honest, over the last year, probably the most important implementation initiatives or changes we've introduced have occurred when we've come to a meeting that was theoretically poorly organized, because there was no agenda. But that's our daily briefing, our daily. And suddenly it's like, "You know what, I've been thinking about this and that recently," or "we actually said once that we'd come back to this and that."

We gave ourselves time and space to talk together, during which such things were created, malaysia rcs data but it happened according to the established convention. This is our joint meeting, so, anyway, thoughts circulate around such problems, addressed earlier in the agenda or not.

From a management perspective, it is important that the team also has time for such agenda items.

Problems with organizing your own work – how else can you solve them in the sales department?
And all that I said earlier, as you can see, applies a bit to teams that function well, or their potential control. However, there are a few things that I think could or should be included in such a daily briefing, a daily meeting with the team, if I notice that your team has a problem with self-organization, internal cooperation, daily work of individuals and so on.

What would I add then, especially in the context of the sales department?
