Content Marketing and Social Media

Social and Content Marketing were subjects that I was able to make the most of right from the start! I got inspiration for creating content from Bruna and Ju's classes, which were extremely sweet and excellent teachers. By creating the persona, I was able to create more interesting content and communicate better with our customers.

We created posts with content that encompassed cinema and what our followers love: sneakers.


We also conducted research and released content about the history of Nike! A brand that people really like, but didn't know much about its origins and some interesting facts.

Another change we made was changing our tone of voice with our followers, to south africa mobile phone number list connect better and have a closer relationship!



We like to have a little extra care, don't we? Well, every customer is unique and should be treated with all the care in the world, from the first contact to the after-sales service! With this in mind, in addition to the change in tone of voice that I mentioned earlier, we started sending a little letter with every order, thanking you for your purchase.

And of course, it's normal to be suspicious of any online store! Nowadays, there are many websites selling counterfeit products as if they were original, so you can never be too careful. We added social proof to our website, and on Instagram we used two methods to show that the products we sell are completely original: we made an IGTV video showing that all the products we sell are legitimate, accompanied by an invoice and warranty. Another way we found was to add a tab with feedback from our customers!


Remember the creation of the persona I mentioned at the beginning? So, with that in mind, we changed the way we showed the products on the website. Before, we cropped the model's face, because the focus there was to show the product! But we noticed that, by showing the face and with a more imposing pose, we would be conveying more emotion through that photo, after all, that's what fashion is all about, showing your personality through the way you dress!


I still have a lot of things in mind to implement, and I'm taking one step at a time! Consuming content, staying up to date with trends and changes in the main platforms. The mindset that remains is to always be looking for innovation and doing the best possible, whether in content, service and, of course, the entire customer experience. Harve and its facilitators were crucial to my development in Digital Marketing; the entire team was very attentive throughout the process, even in more complicated subjects, the understanding is always complete. I say goodbye to the course with much more experience and, here I would like to thank all the teachers and team for all the help and knowledge shared.
