I remember about 10 years ago I came across a very interesting post from Igor Ashmanov about how important reporting is in the field of Internet marketing. It was then that Igor Stanislavovich's opinion strongly influenced me and a number of colleagues, our vision completely coincided with his.

Yes, of course, numerous comments from clients are fair that the result is important, not the writing. However, the result is just the tip of the iceberg, which does not reveal all the work of Internet marketers, SEO specialists, contextualists, web analysts and other specialists. The result cannot reveal the essence of the work and does not teach clients anything. And the report complements it.

What goals should the report pursue?
There are few goals, just three:

The report should sell our work. And in fact, the work in the following months.
The report should reflect the essence of our work for the client and answer the question: is everything going according to plan?
The report should educate the client.


In my opinion, a partner-promoter's report should consist of 4 key sections:

1) General assessment of current results and key plans for the next month.
2) Key performance indicators of the advertising campaign and website.
3) List of work performed during the reporting period.
4) List of proposals for the next month.

Every day we receive many requests from newcomers to the eCommerce market, and most of them ask the same questions. We tried to collect the most frequent of them and present them in the form of a typical dialogue with such a client.

Tactics: - Good afternoon, my name is Dmitry, the company "Tactics"! How can I help you?

Client: - Hello, I have a website super-puper-shop.ru, I want to promote it! How much will it cost me?

T: - Pricing is individual for each client. If we talk about the lower threshold, it is 60 thousand rubles. As practice shows, starting work with a smaller budget is inappropriate.
