If we talk about Scrum, then it becomes a different story. This method describes all kinds of working methods, but the principles can certainly be used for smaller projects. In order to be able to assess whether this method is suitable for your project, it is useful to know how Scrum works.

Assemble 'the perfect team' with the right knowledge;
divide the roles into product owner, ScrumMaster and team members;
work out the main points of the project with the client;
translate the requirements into the product backlog;

Is there overlap with previous projects? Does this project require customization? Am I going to work with a team of colleagues or freelancers from my network? Or can I handle this project alone.
