The budget for this is therefore not infinite

Is T-Mobile really saying that things are going so well this year that 'the money has run out'..? I have always thought that every sale of a subscription yields profit for T-Mobile, even if a (relatively small) fee is deducted from it for the affiliate. In fact, a store like BelCompany is a lot more expensive and they are not going to suddenly stop selling T-Mobile subscriptions there either. The letter does note that:
We would like to emphasize that this only concerns 2013. So it is not a final farewell. In 2014 we would like to continue our cooperation with you.
I first got the idea that T-Mobile wants to stop the affiliate channel (for unclear reasons), but why then add such comments. I have asked T-Mobile for a reaction to this.
In a response, T-Mobile states that affiliate lebanon phone data sales have indeed gone faster than expected and that, also for affiliate marketing, annual budgets are used (whereby the annual budget is reached within half a year). When asked whether T-Mobile expects that many affiliates will stop promoting T-Mobil subscriptions, I received a diplomatic answer:
We can definitely say that the use of affiliate marketing has gone a lot faster than expected in the first half of the year. Of course we always encourage more sales, but we have to deal with annual budgets, also for affiliate marketing. Unfortunately, the ceiling for this was reached sooner than expected.
