Good retention on your store also translates into better customer satisfaction. Indeed, by following the behavior of your buyers , you will be able to adapt your offers according to their needs. They will feel listened to, considered and will not hesitate to recommend your product or service to those around them!

Likewise, for the experience you will offer with your community, retention will allow you to create a user-centric brand experience.

The difference between satisfaction and retention
For a long time, many people (including me) believed that a satisfied bahrain business email list customer was automatically loyal. This idea may seem logical, since satisfying a customer is generally considered the best way to retain them . In reality, satisfaction and retention are not the same thing, although they are closely related.

Satisfaction is a state that is felt, that is observed, while retention is an action that is provoked and activated. Satisfaction comes from a pleasant past experience, while retention is a decision taken, formal or not, to guarantee the future and the present. Not to mention that now, being satisfied with a brand is no longer enough to justify remaining loyal to it.

Finally, to understand retention, it is important to understand the different types of customers that make up your base. Indeed, this will influence the actions that you will put in place.
