Responsibilities :
User Research: Conducting user research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
User Experience Design: Creating wireframes, prototypes, and uk telegram data user flows that clearly communicate how products will work and look.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with developers, graphic designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and user needs.
Usability Testing: Planning and executing usability tests to gather feedback and improve designs based on the findings.
Documentation and Communication: Documenting and communicating design decisions and the logic behind them through detailed specifications and presentations.
Continuous Optimization: Continually analyzing and improving the user experience based on data and user feedback.
Requirements :
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of UX design experience, preferably in a digital product development environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or similar. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio that demonstrates UX design skills and user-centered thinking.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data and turn it into actionable design decisions.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
