Howard Gardner and the Theory of Intelligences

In 1980, Howard Gardner , a cognitive and educational psychologist, revealed the theory that would change the way intelligence is viewed: the Theory of Multiple Intelligences .

For most of the 19th and 20th centuries, it was believed that an individual's intelligence could be measured with a simple IQ test , which consisted of questions and answers.

Logical-mathematical intelligence is one in which a person solves mathematical problems, calculations and unravels logical problems with above-average dexterity.

These are people who normally identify with areas such as engineering , physics and mathematics.
