4. Digital events will become the new normal
Many major changes that have emerged during the corona period – think of working from home or contactless payments – will continue to exist after the pandemic. Digital events are no exception and will permanently replace some of the physical meetings. But to speak of the new normal in the events world is still a step too far. The public attaches too much value to human contact for that.
