The wholesale world is very different from the retail industry. In retail, you may be able to offer a standard price to all your customers. But in wholesale, you may need to offer multiple tiered pricing options for different levels of quantity purchased.
For example, if a customer buys up to 200 units, the cost might be $4 per unit. But if they buy 200 or more units, it might only cost $3 per unit.
In this section, we will show you how to set up WooCommerce dynamic pricing that changes based on the quantity selected.
To get started, you’ll need to add several wholesale roles. To create these roles, go to the WooCommerce “Wholesale Roles ” page:
Wholesale role
Here, you can create new functions by entering a name, a function key, and a description that will help you differentiate each function.
Once you’ve added the features, go back to your WooCommerce product rich people database edit page. Scroll down to the Product Quantity Based Wholesale Pricing section . You’ll see a checkbox that lets you “enable other wholesale price discounts based on quantity purchased.”
Check this box for more options for displaying quantity-based prices:

Next, select the Wholesale role based on the roles you created. For this example, we'll set it to the Wholesale Customer role . Then, enter a starting and ending quantity, and set the price value.
When you're done, save your new wholesale price by clicking the Add Quantity Discount Rule button .
Once you've finished setting up your wholesale rules, save or publish your product to store your changes. This way, you can add more rules depending on the size of your customer's order.
