Hello to all SEOZEO readers! It is really great to be able to write on the blog again after a long time. I had a very busy period and could not find the opportunity to write here. Our intensity that started before SEOZONE'13 was followed by the work intensity that started right after the event. Of course, I did not stay away from the sector during this process and followed the developments with as much excitement as you. During this process, I especially had the opportunity to exchange ideas with my friends in the sector . During this process, I saw that everyone has different problems that need to be solved.
As a result, I decided to prepare a series of 30 articles, each covering the 3 most common problems in each topic, by learning the basic problems of each topic under 10 titles!

Survey Methodology: While conducting this research, I first identified the main tasks that constantly take up our time throughout the day . In the next step, I asked 100 local and foreign SEO experts who are actively working in the sector to share with me the main problems they experience for the 10 tasks listed here . According to the answers I collected after this survey, in which many local and foreign SEO consultants participated anonymously, I will be examining the problems that received the most 3 votes for each topic here with you.
Common Problems in the Keyword Research Process
In every project, big or small, the first step after determining the strategy is to complete keyword research. Being well prepared for this work, which is the most important priority for the client to know homeowner database the target market and determine their expectations, can save you from a big burden in the later parts of the work! So what types of problems do we encounter as SEO consultants in this process?
With these results, I tried to find different answers to challenging questions. However, I could not include it in the study as a priority because there were 5 different alternative results in the other section. In the first part of this article series, we will touch on how to determine SEO competition of keywords . In our next article, I will be talking about ways to reach long-tail alternatives.
Ways to determine SEO competition of keywords
The best way to get results in a short time while determining SEO strategy is to be able to make correct prioritizations. One of the most important data you have to have to ensure this is keyword competition. Contrary to popular belief, although there is a closeness between SEO competition and Adwords advertiser competition, we cannot say that there is a clear correlation because it will vary in each market . Therefore, we need tools that give much clearer results than the competition value in Google's Keyword Planner . Of course, the SEO industry has already prepared its solutions for this. All we need to do is reach the result with effective English searches. You can also use it for Turkish searches, but since some metrics only serve English, we will do our first test for the "common seo problems" query.
Test Methodology: We will evaluate the tools we will discuss here based on 3 different metrics so that you can get a quick overview:
Quick Look Data: A summary metric that gives you an overview of the competition when analyzing large amounts of keyword data. Essential when analyzing large data sets. (e.g. [Vacation packages] has 45% competition.)
Detailed View Data: Detailed data that you will want to examine if you want to achieve ambitious results, especially in short-tail keyword groups. (All the metrics you will need to analyze the sites listed in the relevant words)
Data Portability: It is possible to access a lot of data through services. However, we need to figure out which metrics we can export to Excel, which is a must for a good consultant. (how much data you can analyze at the same time, whether you can export it as CSV)
