How to tell a story so that people talk about us?

The most important feature of good storytelling is credibility. Only after ensuring this can we talk about effectiveness. It is important to remember, however, that credibility does not mean that the story has to be true.

A story must have a plot. How to build it in an interesting way that affects us emotionally is a topic for another, longer article. However, it is worth taking a cue from books and films (whose plots drew us in, of course!). The content should be rather short. So that the recipient can read it during a coffee break, between one meeting and another. The content can also be divided into fragments, for example in the form of a newsletter.

Storytelling is not just for companies with a big budget, ready to hire a scriptwriter, director, actors and a film crew. The universality of marketing narrative allows it to be used on a smaller scale as well. It is worth taking a look at the content published by Paweł Tkaczyk. Thanks to its innovative approach, it is also an advisor on interior design. Many customers visit Swedish stores looking for inspiration. The CSR fair is the largest event in Poland dedicated to social responsibility in business. It was during this fair that IKEA decided to talk about the examples it takes regarding its impact on a sustainable environment. The furniture manufacturer's advertising campaigns also refer to caring for our future. In this way, they show us that by buying IKEA products, we care for the earth.
