Add service providers
Then proceed as follows:
Give your report a name and title (for example, 'Leads').
Under 'Statistics Groups', select one or more statistics you want to see in your list.
Under 'Dimension details', click on '+ add dimension' and select: 'Visitors Service Provider'.
Under 'Filters – optional', click on '+ add filter' and select 'Visitor Service Provider' again.
To the left of the 'Service Provider' filter you just added, select 'Exclude' instead of 'Include'.
To the right of the filter, choose 'Regex' instead of 'Exact'. This way, you can put a list of all the service providers you want to exclude from your list in the input field next to 'Regex'.
The last thing to do is to add any service providers or existing customers that you want to filter out of your report. To do this, enter all the names that you want to filter out of your report in the input usa phone data box next to 'Regex'. Put a '|' between each name. For example 'ziggo|adsl|tele|kpn|upc|h4hosting|planet technologies' and so on. Finally, click 'Save', and there is your lukewarm call list with all the sales opportunities!

With 'Secondary dimension' you can add an extra dimension to your list. For example, see through which source and keywords companies ended up on your website, when the companies last visited your site and from which region or places the companies come.
If you want to filter out additional service providers, click 'Edit' under the title of your report and add the names of the service providers you want to exclude. Next to 'Edit' you can use the 'email' button to have the list automatically emailed to you.
All you have to do is select the frequency and the day of the week when you want to receive the list. Good luck.
