Are Long or Short Advertisement Sentences More Effective?

Post by testyedits »

This is one of the questions I always get about advertising sentences.

Good question. Do you think long or short ad sentences are more effective?

Stop! Don't continue reading. Try answering the question in your mind first.

Keep that answer in mind, later after reading the article I wrote, you will think again about whether your assumptions all this time were true or not.

Before that, take a look at this infographic first.

Brian Clark (founder of Copyblogger) explained the theory of prospect awareness denmark telegram database levels put forward by Eugene Schwartz (a legendary copywriter)… There are 5 types of prospect awareness levels:

Highly Aware: These types of prospects already know about and are very interested in your product. You just need to give them a compelling offer to get them to buy.
Product Aware: This type of prospect knows and is familiar with the product you offer. But they are not sure whether or not they want your product.
Solution-Aware: This type of prospect knows what the 'result'/'outcome' they want, but doesn't know what product they need.
Problem Aware: This type of prospect is aware they have a problem, but doesn't know what the solution is for their problem.
No Awareness: Know absolutely nothing about the product, problem or solution.
Are you starting to get dizzy? Be patient, let me explain further. I'll give you an example:

There are 3 prospects, Ali, Abu and Ahmad. All three have the problem of too white skin.
