The reason was that most users confused the option to create alias email addresses with the option to reserve additional users, which led to this being one of our most popular YouTube tutorials, as well as many support requests.
Now, we are reversing the process: You book a standard personal plan – Revolutionary or Legend. Only then can you activate the family option.
Now you can add all your family members to your personal Tutanota plan, just contact support to unlock this option!
